International Police-conference The Hague postponed, maybe cancelled
Because of the occurences in the USA the organisers of the international police-conference in The Hague (about combatting activism) have decided to postpone the event. A new date has not been set, it could also be cancelled totally.
Of course this also means we (opponents of the conference) will change our plans. We have been gathering information about police-activities during summits and against anti-capitalist movements to counter the police conference. We will continue doing this, and will share any usufull outcome as good as we can. We’ll keep you informed about our activities.
After the Eurosummit in Göteborg and the G8-summit in Genua international cooperation against activists is strengeth. On these pages we will publish as much as possible information on that cooperation.
We will also provide information on the International Conference on Public Order Cooperation wich will be held form 3 t/m 5 october in the Hague. This conference, with u.a. police from Seattle, Melbourne, Praag en Göteborg , wants to answer the broader and greater resistance against the neoliberal globalisation of the elites.
With the theme ‘Bont en Blauw‘ several organisations organise an counterconference.
